1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on bah88, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. We reserve the right to cancel any account if false or incomplete information is provided.

3.2 Single Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be suspended and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

bah88 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bah88 is ৳100 (via any payment method). The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your account:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud are found, bah88 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold and investigate the relevant account.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, per household, or per IP address.
• While a bonus is active, only bets placed on certain specified games may count towards wagering — contact support for specific details.
• bah88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• bah88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

bah88 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on the platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial.

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or influence other players will result in account termination.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, bah88 reserves the right to void that result.
• The use of automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to access the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy will result in immediate account closure.

7. VIP Program

bah88's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit at a specific rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Tier changes may occur based on regular gaming activity and your relationship with the platform. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to your account each week. bah88 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bah88:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Falsely representing yourself as acting on behalf of bah88.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through unauthorized means.

If any of the above violations occur, bah88 may suspend or permanently close the account and take legal action where applicable.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute arises between bah88 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation is not possible, applicable legal procedures will be followed. Any legal claim against bah88 must be made within a maximum of 3 months from the date of the incident.
